Actress Nikita Rawal was recently caught off guard after a terrifying fan encounter while attending the red carpet of an event. A female fan approached her while she was posing on the red carpet and unexpectedly kissed her on the lips, leaving the actress taken aback. The incident was captured on camera and has been going viral on social media, raising concerns about actors’ safety.

Nikita, who was rumoured to be dating Sangram Singh a while back, was seen posing for the paparazzi at an event on Saturday, August 8. The female fan then walked up to her and asked for a selfie. Nikita obliged and happily posed with her for the cameras. However, soon after clicking the selfie, the moment took an unexpected turn. The female fan turned around and first kissed Nikita on the cheek. She then pulled the actress closer and kissed her on the lips.

Nikita appears visibly startled by the sudden move in the video as she tried to stop and push the fan away. However, the fan continued grabbing her and kissing her, leaving the actress visibly awkward and uncomfortable.
As Nikita tried to end the interaction, the fan kissed her on the cheek once again before eventually walking away. Nikita could be seen processing what had just happened after the fan left, as she walked away.
Notably, this is not the first time Nikita has faced such a security threat. Back in 2021, Nikita had filed an FIR against a stalker.
Nikita Rawal slams Ranbir Kapoor’s casting in Ramayana
Nikita recently grabbed headlines after she questioned Ranbir Kapoor’s casting as Lord Ram in Ramayana. Speaking to Bollywood Mascot, Nikita said, “It is an insult to Lord Ram.” She noted that while actors are free to make personal choices, portraying a figure worshipped by millions comes with added responsibility and sensitivity.
Questioning the decision to cast Ranbir as Lord Ram, she quipped, “When you are playing a character like Lord Ram, people expect a certain level of respect towards the values associated with the role. Such old statements naturally raise questions in the minds of devotees.”
Nikita further urged Ranbir to address the matter publicly and demanded an apology for his earlier comments. She said, “If his statement has hurt religious sentiments, he should apologise. It would be a respectful gesture and help put the controversy to rest.”
