The makers of Jeevan Bheema Yojana have released the much-awaited trailer of the Arshad Warsi and Sanjeeda Shaikh-starrer. The trailer comes just before the dark comedy is set to hit cinemas on September 4, 2026. Helmed by Abhishek Dogra, the film offers a glimpse into its quirky and unpredictable world of confusion. The trailer blends together dark humour, crime, suspense and mistaken identities seen in the film. It also introduces audiences to Arshad Warsi in his first-ever double role.
Jeevan Bheema Yojana trailer
The trailer shows Warsi in two contrasting avatars as Jeevan and Bheema, bringing together an unlikely collision of two lives that leads to a chain of unpredictable events. While Jeevan is shown as an ordinary, debt-ridden man looking for a way out of his troubles, Bheema, on the other hand, is his dangerous lookalike whose presence changes the course of his life.
The trailer also shows Sanjeeda Shaikh playing Yojana, Jeevan’s sharp and resourceful wife. Vijay Raaz appears as the mysterious Vinayak. The ensemble cast of the film also includes Pooja Chopra, Bijendra Kala and the late Atul Parchure.
Arshad Warsi opens up about stepping into a double role for the first time, saying “Playing two characters in a film was a completely different experience for me. Jeevan and Bheema are very different people, and the fun was in finding the little details that make each of them distinct. The film has a very interesting premise with a lot of humour, but it comes from the situations and the characters rather than being forced. I think audiences will have a lot of fun watching Jeevan and Bheema’s worlds collide.”
